We ship orders worldwide from the United States. Please review the information below to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed on business days during our business hours (Monday–Friday 9AM-4PM P.S.T), excluding U.S. based holidays.

  • Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Note that order drop-off times for specific couriers may be different.

  • Processing time may vary depending on:

    • The time the order is placed

    • Product availability

    • Order volume

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

You may select the carrier selection upon checkout to get a relatively accurate shipping cost based on the most accurate box dimensions we have provided to them.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times vary by carrier and service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier, not us. Shipping times are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to many countries, including the EU, Asia, Canada, and Australia.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include VAT, GST, customs duties, or import fees.

  • These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs fees are collected by the carrier or customs office, not by us.

We cannot mark orders as gifts, undervalue shipments, or alter customs declarations.


Regional Customs Guidance (General)

Customs policies vary by country. The following is general guidance only:

  • European Union (EU): VAT is commonly charged; courier handling fees may apply.

  • Asia: Import taxes and processing fees vary by country and item value.

  • Canada: GST/HST/PST and possible customs duties may apply.

  • Australia: GST and/or duties may apply depending on item type and value.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure about potential fees. Ensure that you enter the most accurate billing and shipping information in your order to avoid any hassles and rejections.


Delivery Times & Delays

International delivery times typically range from 7–25 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Please note:

  • Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

  • Shipping time estimates from the carrier, not us, and are not guaranteed.

  • Weather, holidays, or local carrier delays may impact delivery.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments (International)

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:

  • Return shipping costs and related carrier fees may be deducted from any refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If return shipping costs exceed the value of the item, no refund may be issued.
