Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within the following timeframes:

  • Refurbished Cameras: 7 days from delivery.

  • All Other Products: 14 days from delivery.

Software and other non-tangible items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received.

  • Unused and unworn.

  • With original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Not marked as Final Sale

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds exclude all original shipping and handling charges.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All sales of Final Sale items are final.

Final Sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • Clearance or closeout items

  • Items explicitly labeled “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

  • Custom, special-order, or discontinued products (if applicable)


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact rma@aidaimaging.com.
After verifying your proof of purchase, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that international returns may take longer due to transit times and customs processing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returned items must still meet all return eligibility requirements, including original condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.


International Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:

  • Return shipping costs and related carrier fees may be deducted from any refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If return shipping costs exceed the value of the item, no refund may be issued.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes up to 5 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact rma@aidaimaging.com.

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
