Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Returns (US & Global)

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days from delivery.

Software and other non-tangible items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a standard return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received.

  • Unused and unworn.

  • With original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Not marked as Final Sale.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds exclude all original shipping and handling charges.

US/Global Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All sales of Final Sale items are final. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • Clearance or closeout items.

  • Items explicitly labeled “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

  • Custom, special-order, or discontinued products (if applicable).

European Union Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • The supply of goods made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized (custom orders).

  • The supply of digital content or software downloads once the download or streaming has begun.

Unlike standard global policies, EU statutory withdrawal rights cannot be waived for clearance, sale, or discontinued items.

How to Exercise Your EU Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this in two ways:

  1. The Digital Button (Recommended): Log into your customer account on our store, navigate to your order history, and click "Withdraw from contract here" to complete the instant two-step verification.

  2. Via Email: Contact our team at rma@aidaimaging.com stating your clear intent to withdraw from the purchase.

Effects of Withdrawal & Diminished Value

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the items purchased, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for such loss in value. Standard fixed restocking fees do not apply to EU statutory withdrawals.

  • Timing: We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back or receive proof that you have shipped them back.

Return Shipping Procedure

All approved returns must be shipped prepaid to:

The buyer is responsible for paying direct return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note that international returns may take longer due to transit times and customs processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes:

  • Return shipping costs and related carrier fees may be deducted from any refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If return shipping costs exceed the value of the item, no refund may be issued.

Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes up to 5 business days, though your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact rma@aidaimaging.com.
